With previous experience as the head of a CPG Sales and Marketing organization, Mike is a resource to members and an asset to Drive Wheel™.

Fiona has been making our peer groups run smoothly for 10 years. She is ultimately responsible for ensuring our members have an amazing Peer Group experience that will help them grow their business. She is dedicated to exemplary member success, flawless event execution, and innovative communications.
Peer Group Facilitator
Facilitating peer groups in our network since 2006, Jim assists retailers, manufacturers, trade associations and others in developing and implementing solutions to complex marketing issues. He has a long history in the food and drug industry, with a diverse background in marketing, merchandising, and store operations. He has served as a Vice-President at Jewel Food Stores, Shaw’s Supermarkets, and Topco Associates.
Peer Group Facilitator
Sam has been a facilitator in our network for almost a decade. He is our resident E-commerce expert with previous experience as an Executive at Amazon on their Retail Consumable Private Label team. Additional experience in retail grocery, wholesale, and non-profit organizations allow Sam to leverage an entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and expertise in sales, marketing, supply chain and operations to help build teams, brands, and businesses that rise to new levels of recognition, engagement and profitability.
