Facilitating peer groups in our network since 2006, Jim assists retailers, manufacturers, trade associations and others in developing and implementing solutions to complex marketing issues. He has a long history in the food and drug industry, with a diverse background in marketing, merchandising, and store operations. He has served as a Vice-President at Jewel Food Stores, Shaw’s Supermarkets, and Topco Associates.

As Chief Customer Officer, she works across the organization to make sure every interaction helps members grow, connect, and stay ahead.
